Casa Roca is a 2 story beach house in Progreso. Half a block to the beach on a quiet sandy road. The grounds are a L shape around the pool, very easy living. Downstairs has a kitchen, pantry, bar, and dining room and a large living area with a full bath. 1st bedroom has double bed with TV and AC. 2nd bedroom has futon and TV with AC. 3rd bedroom has double bed with TV and AC. Also has a game room with ping pong table and card table.  Outside covered patio with ceiling fan and wet bar. Nice pool area with patio wraps around the bedrooms in the hallway.  Upstairs has 4 th bedroom with double bed TV and AC with kitchenette. It has a large balcony with table and chairs over looking the pool and garden area.
